Manhattan is the first building to be awarded the AirScore Platinum rating in continental Europe

The rating has been awarded by AirRated, the global benchmark for Indoor Air Quality in the built environment. The AirScore Platinum rating is an exceptional achievement – in the UK only 5% of all buildings receive this classification.

Manhattan is a full-service office complex located in the heart of the Brussels city centre (Rogier). It has been recently refurbished, designed with a forward-thinking approach and with tenants’ wellbeing and safety at the forefront.

Using the latest sensor technology, AirRated monitors specific parameters for Indoor Air Quality and then grades it based on leading medical research and industry best practice. Manhattan has scored more than 90% of the possible credits across six parameters: particulate matter, carbon dioxide, VOCs (1), temperature, humidity, and inorganic gases.
